The Research Foundation for Mental Hygiene required a self-registration page for the Center for Practice Innovations (CPI) group within Cornerstone. To enhance the functionality and aesthetics of the page, custom HTML and CSS were implemented.

The most striking update was replacing the plain white background with a custom fixed image. Additional enhancements included placing the CPI logo above the form and refining the form’s appearance with branded colors, increased padding, and bolded fields for improved readability. Two new elements were also added outside the form area: a sticky tab on the right-hand side and a prominent call-to-action button linking to the client’s online assistance unit.
