Each year, the Department of Commerce (DOC) hosts an HR Conference, with a different bureau taking on hosting duties. The 2024 HR Conference, hosted by the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), introduced new fonts, colors, and a logo tailored for the event. Attendees had the option to join either in person or virtually, necessitating two versions of the landing page.

The landing page featured a navigation bar, a main banner, sections for keynote and featured speakers, Community of Practice (COP) and breakout speakers, and the conference schedule. Keynote and featured speakers were displayed as cards that included their photo, name, position, topic, and day of appearance. COP and breakout speakers were presented as tiles with their photo, name, and position, optimizing the page length. Clicking on any speaker opened a modal with additional details about the speaker and their topic, if available.

The two-day event schedule utilized tabs to toggle between days. Bold yellow highlighted breaks in the schedule, while lighter blue indicated COP and breakout sessions, ensuring a clear and organized layout.
