ITA GM initiated a project to redesign the Foreign Commercial Service Officer (FCSO) Precepts Center, which outlines the six core competencies defining the policies and guidelines of an FS Officer. The project encompassed a home page and 30 subpages, all following a consistent structure but featuring unique content.

The project began in September 2023 with a discovery phase after finalizing the scope and hours. During the design phase, an iterative approach was employed, incorporating A/B testing to enhance user experience. Two prototype versions of each page were presented to the client to determine which performed better. Following three rounds of edits, the final prototype was approved and developed.

This redesign focused on enhancing the user interface, streamlining the user experience by consolidating the 31 pages into a single custom page with a backend system, making navigation and content management significantly more efficient.
