As a long-time eSkillz customer with several custom applications, the Clarion team had been exploring the idea of “going mobile” for years. They also recognized the need for a modernized, user-friendly look across their platforms. The focus of this transformation was their custom-built External Training application, one of the most heavily trafficked areas of their LMS.

With 52 individual pages, the redesign was a significant undertaking. The goal was to improve aesthetics, enhance functionality, address existing bugs, and ensure responsiveness for mobile use. A key priority was maintaining visual and navigational consistency with native Docebo styles, creating a seamless experience across the LMS.

The redesign presented challenges, particularly with the countless tables and dropdowns required for functionality. Space constraints on the mobile app demanded creative design solutions, smart prioritization, and meticulous attention to detail. After extensive trial and error and close collaboration with the Clarion team, the reimagined External Training application was successfully launched. The new version empowers Clarion clients to track their training on the go, offering a modern, intuitive, and fully responsive experience.
