The stakeholders at Bayview sought a refreshed design for the Bayview Training Center homepage. The previous version was simplistic, featuring a banner image, three tile links to internal pages, and a few default-styled widgets. For the redesign, the client envisioned a personalized, branded page that prioritized key actions above the fold while incorporating a Netflix-style “Featured Trainings” slider further down the page.

The final design delivered a welcoming user experience, showcasing a personalized greeting and providing direct access to learner home, featured playlists, transcripts, and events. The aesthetic was enhanced by integrating Atlantic Ocean blues and sailboat imagery, reflecting Bayview’s Coral Gables, Florida headquarters.
