Project Overview

AutomationDirect required a custom design for their Awesomer initiative, which encompassed peer recognition, content for their Custom Driven Leadership (CDL) program, and direct access to goals, check-ins, and development plans. The primary call to action focused on four badges created by the client, directing employees to award peers a badge in recognition of their contributions. Users could also view badge descriptions and track those they had received.

In the final section, four styled cards enhanced functionality and user experience. The CDL program card was designed to open in a modal for seamless navigation, while the remaining cards linked to frequently accessed internal CSOD pages essential to daily workflows.
