The technical team at eSkillz developed the SSO/TestRun application for the American Association of Critical-Care Nurses (AACN), which required a front-end design. While the application operated seamlessly, its lack of visual design impacted the user experience and interactions. This provided the design team with significant creative flexibility to develop a user interface that was not only aligned with AACN’s branding but also enhanced usability by guiding users through the application and facilitating task completion.

Working within a constrained budget, the design utilized a consistent framework across all four pages, with dynamic content displayed within a centralized white container. Small, thoughtful enhancements—such as bold headers, styled call to action buttons, and strategic iconography—further elevated the application’s aesthetics and functionality.
