This software simulation is a part of a training series that taught employees how to navigate and utilize a new software system for looking up data transactions related to the airline industry.

After receiving access to the system, eSkillz first drafted instructions for carrying out various tasks within the system and then recorded screenshots and videos of performing those tasks in the system. The result was an accurate software simulation that learners could use as a virtual environment to practice tasks without being in the live system itself. The result was a seamless training program that allowed new knowledge and skills to be carried over from the simulated environment to the live environment.
