This training was commissioned by the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) to provide training for all employees regarding the Plan Writing Act of 2010 that requires all federal agencies to write “clear communication that the public can understand and use.”

Using a provided PowerPoint presentation, eSkillz transformed the overall design to be more engaging and developed several interactive activities that allowed learners to practice utilizing different plain language techniques.
