This training was commissioned by the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) to provide training for all employees regarding how to approach adult learning through the agency’s course development process.

Using a provided PowerPoint presentation, eSkillz organized the content into an interactive menu that allowed the learner to choose which section to explore, created an engaging design aesthetic, ensured compliance with Section 508 accessibility standards, and transformed the content into bite-sized interactivities for the learner to explore and take in the information.
