This training was commissioned by the U.S. Department of Commerce (DOC) International Trade Association (ITA) Global Markets (GM) to train new and current employees on commercial diplomacy activities which includes open and effective engagements with foreign officials on behalf of U.S. companies, industries, or broader national economic security interests.

Using documentation from various resources and subject matter experts (SMEs), eSkillz first designed the training objectives, outline, and overall script, and then built a training program consisting of six online course modules that contained animated videos, interactions, knowledge checks, and other learner engagements.
