This software simulation was used to teach system administrators the procedures for uploading a new course onto their Learning Management System (LMS). System administrators received prior training on the steps to take and this simulation allowed them to practice the steps in a simulated LMS environment.

eSkillz designed different kinds of interactivities to test the system administrators’ skillset and created a character who needed their help to perform the various steps. The result was a seamless training program that allowed new knowledge and skills to be carried over from the simulated LMS environment to the live LMS environment.
