The Maryland State Board of Elections approached eSkillz with a need to redesign their current elections training program to contain important updates and a better learning experience for new and current election judges.

After working with subject matter experts (SMEs) and reviewing the Election Judges’ Manual, eSkillz redesigned the training program from the ground up, creating an engaging learner experience that begins at pre-election preparation, to following procedures on election day, and then post-election tasks. The result was an effective and well-received training program that prepared all election judges for the 2024 election season.
